About

I am a classically trained pianist, public school music educator, and private Classical Piano teacher. I most recently completed my eleventh year teaching General Music and Chorus to Grades K-5 in Herricks School District in Nassau County, Long Island, a nationally recognized district for music education.  I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Music Education from Rider University and NYU Steinhardt. I have also been teaching private piano lessons since I was in high school. Today, I have a private Classical Piano Studio in Astoria, Queens. I also have a private service available to those in Nassau County where I can come to your home to teach (you must have a piano in your home). I have experience performing as a soloist and piano accompanist in settings such as musical theater, chorus and national conferences.
